Blackshear and Nahunta men die in single vehicle crashes

A Blackshear man died early Sunday morning in a single vehicle crash on a country road, the Georgia State Patrol said.It was the second fatal crash in a three-day period in which the victim was not wearing a safety belt, the state patrol said.Michael Collins, 45, was traveling east on Tuten Road west of Blackshear about 6:20 a.m. Sunday when his 1998 Chevrolet Lumina left the roadway on a curve, Steve Drury of the State Patrol’s Brunswick post said.
